Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Operational Framework

This Shipping and Delivery Protocol dictates the logistical procedures for all tangible goods purchased via OFFMARTT (a registered trademark of OFFMARTT ). By completing a purchase, you agree to the fulfillment terms stated herein.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Our fulfillment centers operate with high efficiency. Standard orders are systematically processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the moment of payment realization. Please note that our warehouses do not dispatch parcels on Sundays or recognized National/State holidays. During mega-sale events or festive seasons, processing times may encounter minor delays.

3. Shipping Tariffs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping tariffs are dynamically calculated algorithmically during the checkout process based on the volumetric weight of the parcel and the geographical distance to the destination pin code.

  • Standard Pan-India Delivery: Generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote areas, North-Eastern states, or regions experiencing infrastructural challenges may require additional transit time.

4. Advanced Shipment Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Immediately upon the handover of your parcel to our logistics partner, a computerized shipment confirmation email and SMS containing a unique Tracking ID (AWB Number) and a direct tracking URL will be triggered. Customers are responsible for actively monitoring their shipment’s transit status.

The product will be shipped with in 1-2 days and will be delivered with 3-7 days.

5. Transit Damages and Shortages

OFFMARTT partners strictly with top-tier courier services and utilizes multi-layered protective packaging. However, should a parcel arrive in a visibly crushed, tampered, or opened state, the customer must refuse the delivery directly at the doorstep and immediately notify our support desk. Accepting a tampered parcel automatically nullifies our liability for internal damages.
